Property Trio, LLC is a Washington State-based company started in 2013 by Brandon & Heather Schuh and Brad Gorum. What happens when you combine an experienced contractor, a creative interior designer, and a dedicated businessman? In our case, a new company is born, combining all these talents into one, full-service property improvement company. We all have long-standing roots in Skagit and Whatcom counties, and we enjoy improving our community – one property at a time!
